I’m Remodeling My Kitchen, And Saw Woodmark Cabinets At Home Depot, Does Anyone Have Feedback On This Line?
They are a pretty good product. I concider anything that is real wood and not particle board a fare product. Take a look at how the corners are put together on the store models. If they look like they are cheeply constructed, don’t buy them. Shop around. Check out Lowes and go to a wood crafters shop and see what they would charge to make the cabinets. You can thenhave them made to your own specs. You might also try ebay. They have everything. Good luck.

Remodeling And Insulating A Mobile Home?…?
Hubby and I are remodeling our mobile home, due to recently finding black mold from previous water damage. Starting tomorrow we are starting by remodeling one of the bedrooms that measures 11×11. We already know how much drywall we will need for the walls and ceiling (we’ve chosen to use drywall) – we want to insulate the place, because we noticed over the past few years, that it doesn’t heat nor cool very well. My questions are as follows :
1. When insulating, whats the best type for mobile homes?
2. Do you insulate just behind the walls, or the ceiling and floor as well?
3. How much insulation will I need total (square footage) to insulate th room? If doing only the walls? Doing the walls and ceiling? Doing the Walls, Ceiling and floor?….
Any other tips that may be helpful while insulating, that saves either time or money are greatly appriciated.
What Is The Best Home Repair Manual?
I am suddenly the man of the house and as such it usually comes to me to fix holes in drywall, clogged sinks, broken fans etc.
Usually I just go online and read through a few examples of how to handle these problems, but I was hoping someone could recommend a book that describes the general workings of a house, and how to make the best and longest lasting repairs (I like to get things done right the first time).
Thanks!
